Who handles refunds
NarratorBox is operated by Clasp Digital LLC. Payments, transaction taxes, billing, and transaction-level refund processing are handled by Polar as Merchant of Record. You request a refund through NarratorBox support and Clasp Digital LLC reviews it; the refund itself is then processed through Polar.
Monthly plan
NarratorBox is a flat monthly subscription (the current price is on the pricing page) with no contract. You can cancel anytime from your account page.
Before paying, you can try the full voice quality in the free demo on the site with no signup required, so you know what you are getting.
14-day refund window
If you change your mind, open a Refund request ticket from support or your account within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that payment.
After 14 days, the charge for the month already in progress is not refundable, but you can cancel so you are not billed again.
Cancellation
When you cancel, access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the subscription stops renewing.
Refunded access
If a charge is reversed, access for that paid period ends. Your saved library may be removed, so download anything you want to keep before requesting a refund.
Problems with the service
If something went wrong, open a support ticket. We would rather fix the problem or refund you than leave you out of pocket.
