Terms

NarratorBox is a monthly subscription for long-form text-to-speech narration, operated by Clasp Digital LLC.

Who you are agreeing with

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Clasp Digital LLC (“Clasp Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates the NarratorBox service. Throughout these terms, references to the service provider, operator, company, “we,” or “us” mean Clasp Digital LLC.

Subscription

NarratorBox is billed monthly and automatically, at the price shown on the pricing page and at checkout when you subscribe, plus any sales tax or VAT required where you live. It renews until you cancel. There is no contract and no minimum term.

Merchant of record

Purchases are sold and processed by Polar as our merchant of record, and your purchase is also subject to Polar's checkout buyer terms. Polar handles payment processing, transaction taxes, billing, cancellations, chargebacks, and transaction-level refunds. The charge may appear on your statement under Polar's name, and Polar emails you a receipt every time you are billed. Clasp Digital LLC remains responsible for the NarratorBox product, your account access, and support.

Unlimited, no credits

Unlimited, no credits means there is no per-character or credit billing. A daily fair-use limit applies per UTC day, and the app always shows the current limit and the day's remaining allowance.

Cancellation and failed payments

You can cancel anytime from your account page and keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. If a renewal payment fails, you retain access while our payment provider attempts to recover the payment (up to 21 days). You can update your payment method anytime through the billing portal to restore active billing sooner. If recovery fails after all retries, new narration is blocked until payment is resolved.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled through support. The refund policy gives a 14-day refund window for monthly charges.

Disputes

If you see a NarratorBox charge you do not recognize or think is wrong, please open a support ticket first. We can usually sort it out the same day, including refunding you directly. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts associated with disputes we believe are fraudulent or abusive, such as disputing charges for a service that was actively used when cancellation and refund options were available.
